Casey and Elisse are engaged! Woohoo! Casey planned everything ahead of time and we went through the whole proposal scene-by-scene by email before the big day.

Elisse had planned to visit the Ferry building that morning, so to make it all seem natural, we picked Pier 7 to be the perfect location for the proposal. I love how Elisse was completely overwhelmed with excitement and happiness. She didn’t realize we were photographing them the whole time until we jumped out and screamed “congratulations”! Nora and John had a very intimate wedding with their family as guests on board the California Hornblower this July as the cruise ship sailed around the San Francisco Bay visiting landmarks like Alcatraz Island and the Golden Gate Bridge. The weather that evening was excellent, and the fog didn’t roll in until after the ceremony was finished so we were fortunate enough to have the gorgeous Bay Bridge and skyline as the backdrop to the ceremony. Congrats Nora and John!

Dante must be one of the most organized and best prepared grooms-to-be ever! He had every little detail meticulously planned out, and somehow even managed to sneakily text us a “hi,” without Jade noticing, to let us know that he had arrived. We followed the couple around like paparazzi and then caught him popping the question at just the right place. Congrats Dante & Jade!

We had the pleasure to photograph the 7th anniversary for Stephanie and Jon! Although the city and the Golden Gate bridge were shrouded by thick fog, it created a romantic feel for all of their images. For the entire session, all I saw through my lens was peace and love — please enjoy their photos.

Journey was turning two years old! We followed him around Alamo Square in his cute “2” outfit and Pharrell’s happy hat and got some cute pics of him playing and dancing. Happy second birthday, Journey!
