Eugene & Gemma’s SF Wedding Portraits

Eugene and Gemma got engaged and married in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic, and as a result, they didn’t get to take a set of photos back then 🙁 And now that they’re husband and wife and we’re all free to roam around the city again, they decided that it’s time! We took this opportunity to get them back into a set of wedding attire and a couple of more casual outfits, and we created a set of SF wedding portraits at some of the most classic and iconic locations around the city. A big belated congratulations to E&G on getting married and surviving the pandemic together!

Katie & Brian’s SF City Hall & Legion of Honor Wedding Portraits

Katie and Brian had to scale down their wedding significantly; instead of their original plan of having a big SF City Hall wedding with all of their guests physically in attendance, they ended up having a tiny backyard elopement with just a few guests, while everyone else watched the live stream and celebrated with them from afar.

But just as the pandemic didn’t get in the way of them getting married, it also didn’t get in the way of capturing some beautiful wedding photos at City Hall. [ read more … ]

Erica & Andrew’s Bay Area Mountain Pre-Wedding Photos

Sometimes, you just have to go for it. We rescheduled Erica & Andrew’s pre-wedding shoot very, very last-minute because our original date was looking super rainy. I’m super glad we went for it because the results are fantastic! [ read more … ]

Scarlet & Anthony’s San Francisco Wedding Portraits

This photo shoot has been a loooooong time in the making! We first met with Scarlet & Anthony at the end of 2019 — back in the Before Times when it was still normal to meet people face-to-face — and together we happily talked about their May 2020 wedding day. Well, we all know what 2020 brought us 🙁 So we rescheduled to September, because surely a pandemic couldn’t possibly last an entire summer… right? [ read more … ]

Dom & Mae | San Francisco Outdoor Elopement Portraits

Dom & Mae said their vows and tied the knot earlier this month with a tiny elopement. And in the midst of this global pandemic, the logistics were actually quite difficult! There was almost no place in the Bay Area to have a ceremony, so they went down to Santa Cruz. Although coronavirus-related restrictions kept me from documenting the ceremony itself, I’m so glad I got the opportunity to meet up with them afterwards for some outdoor elopement portraits in San Francisco and create these memories of their wedding day. Check out a few of the photos below!
