M&V’s Mount Tamalpais East Peak Surprise Proposal

We’ve seen a lot of sunsets, but very few compare to the epic, sweeping views seen from up at the Mt. Tam. M did a ton of research before deciding on the Mount Tamalpais East Peak for his surprise proposal to V, spending many hours driving around the Bay Area to pick the perfect spot. Since he knew she loves mountains, hills, and nature, he knew this was going to be the place. It’s pretty well hidden away, but this rock on the side of the mountain offers a sweeping 270-degree panoramic view of San Francisco and the Bay Area, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. Tyler & Jasmine’s Lands End Trail Sunset Surprise Proposal

After dinner together on an unusually sunny August evening, Tyler brought his girlfriend Jasmine to the end of the Lands End Trail to watch the sunset. As they reached a cliffside viewpoint of the Golden Gate Bridge and the sea, Tyler started to recount how it was at this place that he first knew he loved her. After the initial surprise, Jasmine was lost for words (except for her very clear “yes!”), but no words were needed for the rest of this story… it was all cries of excitement and tears of happiness from that point on!
