I was so happy when M&P decided to go to Marshall’s Beach for their engagement session. Annie and I had never been there, and it’s always exciting to try out new places! Marshall’s Beach is basically like a mini version of Baker Beach, except that it’s much quieter with far fewer people (yes, that includes the infamous nudist brigade), and it’s also a lot closer to the Golden Gate Bridge so you get a better view. After their cute backyard wedding last year, Ashley and Michael donned their wedding outfits again for some more photos, this time at some iconic locations in San Francisco. Their wedding was actually on Christmas Day, so Ashley wore her red sash and brought a perfectly-complimentary red rose bouquet, which really helped the colors in their photos pop. [ read more … ]

I love that I get to live in a city that’s so loved by locals and tourists alike! Marcelo & Nathaly came to San Francisco all the way from England for an early spring trip, and while they were here they stopped by for a visit to Baker Beach. It was such a gorgeous day, with just enough sun for a good view but perfectly soft for beautiful portraits. (Well, at least I thought the weather was nice.
