JJ & Alex are probably the most incredible couple we’ve ever met. It’s just unbelievable how talented they are: both work in software by day and are skilled dancers by night (quite the combination!), Alex started a company that was later acquired, and JJ, the gifted artist, beautifully hand-painted a lot of their wedding items which you’ll see in the photos below. I loved how Amanda and Petrus’s Casa Real wedding was filled from beginning to end with tons of little moments that made this day uniquely theirs. Ten minutes into getting ready and we already knew this was going to be an incredible wedding. We first met with Christine and Dennis almost exactly a year before their Nella Terra Cellars wedding, and we instantly loved how they interacted and the way they described their story together. They had gotten engaged a year before that on a hike near the ice fields in Banff during golden hour, which sounds like a page right out of my bucket list! We’d been excitedly looking forward to Will & Sam’s wedding for over a year now. Ever since their proposal at the Palace of Fine Arts here in San Francisco and engagement session at UCLA where they first met (and I think that’s the farthest from home we’ve ever been for an engagement shoot!), we couldn’t have been more excited for their wedding day at The Club at Ruby Hill.
