We had the most incredible time photographing Kristin and Conor’s wedding day. From their first look to the rumbling dance floor, it was a whirlwind of love, energy, and excitement that we are so happy to have witnessed. Almost two years ago, we geared up and hid in the (mostly figurative) bushes at Stow Lake to capture Brian asking Jenny for her hand in marriage (see proposal photos here!). We’re so happy to have now followed their story to their wedding day! Although some changes had to be made due to COVID-19 — like so many weddings this year, the original plan was for a much larger gathering — it only ended up making their winery wedding at Viansa Sonoma feel even more warm and intimate. Eight months into the pandemic with still no slowdown of the virus in sight, Katie and Brian still managed to have their wedding on their original wedding day — though as you might imagine, much of it had to be re-planned! Instead of a large indoor wedding, they ended up having a very small backyard ceremony. And for us, it was quite enjoyable both to photograph as well as just to witness.
