Michelle & Bajis’s Intimate Wedding at The Club at Ruby Hill
Bajis and Michelle’s wedding was a perfect day — elegantly styled, warmly personal, and thoughtfully socially-distanced. Even in hindsight, it’s almost unbelievable that this whole event was put together in a month and a half, after their first two venues and plans didn’t work out due to the pandemic. In addition to the family & friends who attended in person, a wider audience joined in on Zoom to celebrate together virtually. All in all, while on its surface it had the hallmarks of a 2020 wedding, at its core, Michelle and Bajis’s intimate wedding at The Club at Ruby Hill was a most timeless celebration of love and union. Harriet & Anthony’s Backyard Wedding Celebration
Harriet & Anthony are all about each other… and food. Lots of food. In fact, at their (very thoughtfully socially distanced) backyard ceremony, they had each written individual vows — and each made plenty of mentions of food and feeding each other and more food. Anne & Steve’s Pillar Point Harbor Wedding Ceremony on Kayaks
Anne & Steve had their first official date right here on this very harbor, and they wanted to memorialize that in their wedding day. Amy & David’s San Francisco Waterfront Engagement Photos
Amy and David’s engagement session was relaxed, fun, and perhaps most of all, beautiful! We had initially planned on starting at Pier 7 and then heading over to Sutro Baths for sunset, but alas, the weather that day wasn’t meant to be. The fog over Richmond/Sunset remained thick through the afternoon, so we flipped our shoot around to start by the oceanside and catch sunset at the Embarcadero waterfront instead, where the sun was still peeking out over the clouds.
And it worked out really well! [ read more … ]
Dom & Mae | San Francisco Outdoor Elopement Portraits
Dom & Mae said their vows and tied the knot earlier this month with a tiny elopement. And in the midst of this global pandemic, the logistics were actually quite difficult! There was almost no place in the Bay Area to have a ceremony, so they went down to Santa Cruz. Although coronavirus-related restrictions kept me from documenting the ceremony itself, I’m so glad I got the opportunity to meet up with them afterwards for some outdoor elopement portraits in San Francisco and create these memories of their wedding day. Check out a few of the photos below!
