Jordan & Trang’s The Winery SF Wedding on Treasure Island

We met Trang & Jordan for the first time a year and a half ago at Twin Peaks, where he brought her after work for a special surprise: after a quick walk towards the lookout, Jordan got down on one knee and asked a surprised and elated Trang to marry him. Fast-forward to September 29 of this year, and the two tied the knot together at their beautiful The Winery SF wedding on Treasure Island!

We started the day off with them at The Fairmont San Francisco. Trang and the girls had one of the best rooms in the hotel, situated right above the rooftop garden. They had an amazing city view and we took full advantage of that. And can I just say that Trang could not possibly have picked a better dress? Not only was it perfect on her, I think it might just have been the most stunning dress we’ve ever seen! Meanwhile, Jordan and the guys relaxed and got ready in their room, where he spent some time polishing up his vows, making them absolutely perfect on one of the biggest days of their lives.

The wedding itself was on Treasure Island, which has always been one of our favorite places in San Francisco. It’s unique in both its incredible view of the San Francisco skyline, as well as of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. And The Winery SF is perfectly situated to take advantage of both!

Jordan & Trang had their wedding ceremony right outside the winery, with the Bay Bridge as a picture-perfect backdrop. It was a short and sweet, very special ceremony between two people very much in love, with many touching moments that moved the guests. Afterwards, we made a short trip to the other side of the island for some dramatic sunset photos of the newlywed couple with the cityscape in the background.

Back at The Winery SF, their reception was beautifully decorated, from the tall, elegant centerpieces, to the wine barrels and string lighting, and it went perfectly with their energetic crowd. One of the most memorable things that night for us was Trang’s parents’ toasts: dad was upbeat, funny, and delivered a perfectly entertaining yet very real toast, while mom was emotional and touching. Most importantly of course, everyone had a blast, and you can see that in the photos!

At the end of the night, we took a final set of photos right by the San Francisco Bay, with the Bay Bridge lit up at night as the spectacular backdrop. A little different from our usual natural light, candid style, but it’s one of my personal favorites!

Congrats to Trang & Jordan, and scroll down for some of the happiest photos you’ll ever see!
