Half Moon Bay is just a short drive down Highway 1 from our home in Pacifica, and offers some really beautiful scenery and quiet spots that can’t be found in San Francisco. Julie and Quin are expecting their twins soon — a boy and a girl!! Does it get any better than that? I wish I were so blessed 😀 We strolled along the Linda Mar Beach trail right next to their home in our lovely city of Pacifica and spent the evening golden hour under pouring sunshine. We had such a fun time shooting engagement photos for Jessica & Mike at Baker Beach. These two sure are a lively and merry couple, and their personalities really show in these photos. They were both constantly laughing and smiling, never keeping the same expressions for more than a moment, leading to lots of great, natural photos. Their wedding is in just three months, and we can’t wait to be there. I can only imagine what a blast that will be!

Jaspal contacted me a couple weeks back and had everything planned out — on a nice Saturday morning, he and his girlfriend Sabrina would drive out from the California Central Valley all the way to Garrapata State Beach (a bit south of Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey), then he’d propose on rocky cliff overlooking this beautiful beach where they had been a few times before.
