Vivian and Terrence’s San Francisco City Hall wedding photo shoot was quite a different one. Our clients often get understandably concerned about the weather in San Francisco, which is commonly overcast. But it’s actually a blessing in many ways! At popular locations like Baker Beach, the sun draws in huge crowds while clouds drive people away, leaving a beautiful, clean background for our couple, often with a dreamy Golden Gate Bridge background shrouded in mist and haze. While on a trip to visit Napa Valley & the Bay Area, K&H started off their morning with a trip to The French Laundry for a stroll in the gardens. After walking around the restaurant where they would be having lunch later on this special day, K took out a big, sparkly ring and popped the question to his new fiancee, who was overwhelmed with tears of joy! I love that I get to live in a city that’s so loved by locals and tourists alike! Marcelo & Nathaly came to San Francisco all the way from England for an early spring trip, and while they were here they stopped by for a visit to Baker Beach. It was such a gorgeous day, with just enough sun for a good view but perfectly soft for beautiful portraits. (Well, at least I thought the weather was nice.
