Lisa and Vince’s story began with three of their friends deciding to set the two up on a date. As recounted on their wedding website:

Erik sent Vince a picture of Lisa and asked if he would want to go on a date with her and Vince nervously agreed because she was so pretty. Lisa also agreed to a date, without seeing a picture of Vince.

Boris & Genevieve’s guests traveled from the four corners of the globe to join them in celebrating their modern Jewish wedding at The Gardens at Heather Farm. The date was specially chosen to be on Gen’s grandmother’s birthday, and the venue, a non-profit with beautiful roses and a dedication to sustainable gardening, was chosen in memory of her love for gardening and especially for roses. I loved the uniqueness and personality that Antoinette & Remy weaved into their wedding day at the Point Reyes Station Dance Palace. I’ll start with their wedding ceremony, one of my favorites and perhaps most memorable to date. A&R would have loved to have their cats play the role of flower girl and ring bearer, but I think we can probably imagine how that would have played out. Vivian and Terrence’s San Francisco City Hall wedding photo shoot was quite a different one. I spent the entire day with them, starting off in the morning at the JW Marriott where they got ready, then over at City Hall where they got married while surrounded by their family and close friends. After tying the knot, the couple hosted a lunch at the Cliff House in Lands End, before leaving with me for more portraits around some of my favorite landmarks of San Francisco. [ read more … ]
