Jorge & Fernanda’s Sunset Slackers Hill Proposal

Jorge and Fernanda flew in from Mexico with one big plan: a sunset Slackers Hill proposal overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco skyline, two of the most beautiful sights that California has to offer. September often brings coastal fog, but the winds were fully with them for this occasion: not only was there beautiful sunset light at Slackers Hill, but just enough fog built up in the distance to give us an almost surreal backdrop.

At the crest of the hill, Jorge took Fernanda’s hand, said a few quiet words, and dropped to one knee. Her face lit up instantly, laughter and happy tears mixing as the sun dipped into the ocean — I didn’t have to hear “sí” to know her answer!

We walked around the top of the hill for some romantic portraits as the sky turned shades of pink and gold. They danced a little twirl here, then a silhouette kiss there, with the sunset and fog behind them. What a beautiful way to celebrate their love in San Francisco. ¡Felicidades, Jorge y Fernanda!
