Brooke’s family traveled across the country to Palo Alto for her graduation from Stanford (and just in time for Father’s Day too!), and they wanted to have some casual family photos taken outdoors with a beautiful natural backdrop. They all came out to Arastradero Preserve during sunset, which gave its rolling hills a soft, golden glow. It was so easy to photograph this beautiful family, as they were all so relaxed in front of my cameras. Also, the bonding and love among them was incredible! I could tell how close they all are in each others’ lives, and how precious these moments are for them!

For their engagement session, Abigail & Vaughn wanted a beautiful open field, and what better place than the Arastradero Preserve with its rolling hills blanketed in tall, golden grass? The timing was actually perfect that day — it was the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, which meant a beautiful full moon that greeted us at dusk! You can see it below in the photos 🙂 [ read more … ]

Joe & Stefanie held their wedding ceremony at the grand Stanford Memorial Church, and they hosted their reception at Dyker Beach Golf Course on the other side of the continent a week later in order to include all of their friends & family.
