Jay & Jessica’s Tiburon Hippie Tree Surprise Proposal

Jay did a lot of homework to find the perfect spot to propose to his girlfriend Jessica. He wanted a beautiful view at someplace unique in the Bay Area, not one of the spots that everyone else loves to go for photos. And after narrowing down the list of options, he decided on a Hippie Tree surprise proposal. Nathan & Lily’s Surprise Proposal at Kirby Cove

Nathan had worried for weeks about catching a nice sunny day to take his girlfriend Lily to Marin for a surprise proposal at Kirby Cove Beach. Michael and Lauren are an outdoorsy couple who enjoy hiking, nature, and being outside, and both their proposal story and these engagement photos reflect that — both were in spots that rank among our favorite open, nature-y spaces here in the Bay Area. A couple weeks ago, we drove up into Marin for their Mt Tam sunset engagement shoot, and boy was it everything I was hoping for! We had an hour of fun trekking across the mountainsides, chasing the light, and making some fun memories to hang on their walls. [ read more … ]

Constance & Kevin’s Outdoor Art Club Wedding

Constance and Kevin are two of the sweetest folks you’ll ever meet, and it was such a joy for us to capture their wedding memories. Their story started a full decade ago in college, where they studied entirely different fields with disjoint course paths, but as luck would have it, they did overlap on one fateful elective — and that’s all it took. Since then, their relationship grew (along with their collective coffee habit), and one day in 2021, Kevin planned a very sweet proposal, which brings us to present day: their Outdoor Art Club wedding!
