After visiting many venues, Joe and Bernadete ended up falling in love with the little chapel at the Long Branch Saloon and Farms in Half Moon Bay. Their wedding day was beautiful and it was the most intimate little wedding — just the two of them, the officiant, and me, and it couldn’t have been more sweet and emotional! Brooke’s family traveled across the country to Palo Alto for her graduation from Stanford (and just in time for Father’s Day too!), and they wanted to have some casual family photos taken outdoors with a beautiful natural backdrop. They all came out to Arastradero Preserve during sunset, which gave its rolling hills a soft, golden glow. It was so easy to photograph this beautiful family, as they were all so relaxed in front of my cameras. Also, the bonding and love among them was incredible! I could tell how close they all are in each others’ lives, and how precious these moments are for them!
