Jordan & Jennifer’s Lands End Surprise Proposal Video and Photos
Jordan had been planning this one for a while. In fact, he had picked out the ring long ago, and even came close to inadvertently spilling the beans — one night at dinner with friends, Jennifer was looking at some photos on a friend’s phone and caught a peek of the ring! Luckily, they were able to play it off [ read more … ]
Jenny & Brian’s Winery Wedding at Viansa Sonoma
Almost two years ago, we geared up and hid in the (mostly figurative) bushes at Stow Lake to capture Brian asking Jenny for her hand in marriage (see proposal photos here!). We’re so happy to have now followed their story to their wedding day! Although some changes had to be made due to COVID-19 — like so many weddings this year, the original plan was for a much larger gathering — it only ended up making their winery wedding at Viansa Sonoma feel even more warm and intimate. Vicki & Wai-en’s Engagement Photos at the Palace of Fine Arts and Baker Beach
Vicki and Wai-en met online like seemingly everyone does these days, and their story together quickly blossomed from there. Fast forward two months, and here we are for their engagement photos at the Palace of Fine Arts and Baker Beach 🙂 [ read more … ]
Katie & Brian’s San Ramon Backyard Wedding Ceremony
Eight months into the pandemic with still no slowdown of the virus in sight, Katie and Brian still managed to have their wedding on their original wedding day — though as you might imagine, much of it had to be re-planned! Instead of a large indoor wedding, they ended up having a very small backyard ceremony. And for us, it was quite enjoyable both to photograph as well as just to witness. There’s really nothing quite so intimate and contemporary like Katie and Brian’s tiny, socially-distanced, live-streamed, backyard wedding! [ read more … ]
Amy & Sudheer’s Maternity Photos at Baker Beach
Despite all that 2020 has brought us, this year still has its bright spots. Amy is expecting in the next few weeks (yay!), and we went out for a maternity photo shoot to memorialize the joy and anticipation of her pregnancy journey. Since she and her husband are leaving San Francisco, we chose to take her maternity photos at Baker Beach, right in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. This was a maternity and family session mixed into one, made extra fun by little Benji 🙂
