Frank & Marlo’s Grace Cathedral and Fairmont San Francisco Wedding

Frank & Marlo’s Grace Cathedral and Fairmont San Francisco wedding was a classy, beautiful black-tie event, reflecting a lot from their own personalities. The two first met a few years ago through mutual friends, and they quickly grew close, with Frank proposing last year on a night Marlo describes as being one she will never forget. Frank is one of the most successful businessmen we’ve ever had the pleasure of serving, and he and Marlo are both incredibly warm, kind, and caring for their families & friends as well as to us.

After getting ready at the incredible Fairmont Presidential Suite and enjoying its sweeping 270-degree views of San Francisco, they had their wedding ceremony at Grace Chapel, a cute little church-within-a-church inside one wing of the grand Grace Cathedral. In the evening, their reception was held back at the Fairmont in the Crown Room, which had a stunning panoramic view of the city — a huge hit with the guests! The entire room was decorated flawlessly as you might imagine, and two of the details that we really enjoyed were the guest tables named after places that Marlo & Frank had been to together (starting with Blackhawk Grille, where they had their first date), and the marvelous ice sculpture!

Everyone was up and having lots of fun on the dance floor, and it was a real party that night. Frank and Marlo put a lot of effort into making sure everyone had an enjoyable night, and they each spent a lot of time mingling and entertaining all of the guests who were there.

We’re so glad to have had the opportunity to meet this amazing couple, and can’t wait to share some highlights from their wedding day!
