I absolutely adore Josh & Dylan’s cute love story! They actually met in FIRST GRADE (!!) and finally decided to go on their first date while in college, then visited Battery Spencer afterwards to enjoy the grand view of the Golden Gate Bridge. About a week ago, they revisited the Bridge again — and this time, Josh brought with him a big surprise in a little box! I’m so excited to share these photos of this special moment, beautiful couple, and gorgeous backdrop. Congrats you two!

This sweet couple flew all the way from their home in Calgary to San Francisco — where they had their first date four years ago. We had gotten so used to seeing the summer fog, and the especially-thick cover earlier that week, that when we arrived at Baker Beach to capture I&J’s proposal, the sight of the Golden Gate Bridge actually felt strange. In between all our late-summer weddings and surprise proposals, we had the pleasure of hanging out with Renate and Keith’s family at the beautiful Montara State Beach. Back in the spring, we had donated a family photo session to the Ocean Shore School here in Pacifica for their fundraising auction, and this sweet family won our photo session. For their engagement session, Abigail & Vaughn wanted a beautiful open field, and what better place than the Arastradero Preserve with its rolling hills blanketed in tall, golden grass? Diep and Khoa marked their 9^th anniversary by tying the knot at Garré Winery’s Martinelli Event Center in Livermore, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Diep and Khoa met each other through her sister when they were still teenagers. Khoa would often visit Diep while she was working at the local mall kiosk — how cute is that!? Of course, they fell in love, and as they say, the rest is history… history which their guests happily unearthed and shared amongst family and friends on their wedding day as they mused over this beautiful love story.
