A beautiful couple who is both deeply in love and also willing to try anything in front of our cameras + a little creativity from us = an oh so romantic session! David and I loved this shoot and every single one of their photos.

We walked around Crissy Field, drove around the City of San Francisco, hiked up some stairs to the Coit Tower, and ran across some busy streets — and it was all worth it in the end. Casey and Elisse are engaged! Woohoo! Casey planned everything ahead of time and we went through the whole proposal scene-by-scene by email before the big day.

Elisse had planned to visit the Ferry building that morning, so to make it all seem natural, we picked Pier 7 to be the perfect location for the proposal. I love how Elisse was completely overwhelmed with excitement and happiness. She didn’t realize we were photographing them the whole time until we jumped out and screamed “congratulations”!
