Rochelle & Geoff | San Francisco Palace of Fine Arts & War Memorial Wedding

The Palace of Fine Arts, an iconic San Francisco landmark and popular tourist attraction, has been a special spot and is a perennial favorite for many of our couples’ proposals and engagement photos. Its majestic architectural design and unique picturesque surroundings and backdrop makes it no surprise that couples flock here to make their pre-wedding moments more memorable.

Geoff and Rochelle were very special for us, as they were our first couple to actually get married under the dome. Rochelle had dreamed of having her wedding there, and we were so delighted at the opportunity since we had always wanted to photograph a wedding at the Palace of Fine Arts! We couldn’t be happier that we got to share this experience with such a wonderful couple. [ read more … ]

Billy & Louisa’s Point Reyes Station Wedding at Toby’s Feed Barn

Louisa and Billy first met through OKCupid and quickly fell in love. They had a 97% match rating which sounds crazy high, but after seeing how full of joy they were on their wedding day, I’m surprised it’s not even higher! Last summer, after backpacking the John Muir Trail together and even climbing Mt. Whitney, they decided to get married.

Their wedding day was an ultra romantic one filled with love and happiness, and it started in two beautiful vacation homes at Point Reyes Station where they got into their wedding attire. I swooned over Louisa’s bridal look — her sheath wedding gown and the stunning chapel length veil gave her an elegance that we (and Billy) will never forget!! L&B exchanged their vows and received many blessings in front of the Giacomini Barn, then here — the highlight of the day — they had a wedding parade! Billy and Louisa led the way singing “I Would Walk 500 Miles” while walking across the little town from their ceremony site to Toby’s Feed Barn. Guitars, accordions, laughter, and singing, it was PERFECTION!!! [ read more … ]

Vivian | Los Gatos Lifestyle Newborn Photography

Meet one-week-old Vivian! She is such a great little model with a good temper and she sure knows how to smile at the camera! Bonnie and Judson were constantly amazed by Vivian’s daily change. Let’s see… Vivian lost her umbilical stump to reveal her new belly button on the day of the photo shoot, and she had just learned to put fingers (sometime her whole little hand) into her mouth and make funny sounds with it. She has so many facial expressions and I got some really cute ones!

Bonnie and Jud’s puppy, Miss Georgia, joined us at the end of the session and she was soooo happy but very gentle towards Vivian — it melted my heart! She gave out lots of sweet kisses and we got some great family pictures for the four of them 🙂

These two are the kind of couple who spread positive energy to everyone around them. Their exceptionally dapper little pup Tank was happy to receive lots of attention, especially during the ceremony, and we got some cute shots of him. [ read more … ]
