Cristian and Arra’s proposal on Treasure Island came together with the help of someone very important: Arra’s mom. She set the whole surprise in motion by visiting San Francisco for Mother’s Day weekend and telling Arra she wanted to spend the evening with her. That little plan brought them out to Treasure Island, while Cristian and a few family members quietly made their way there too, staying out of sight until the timing was just right.

Jason and Jess came all the way from the west coast of Australia to the west coast of California, and to kick off their visit, they made their way up to one of my favorite spots in the Bay Area for sunset. With the light getting softer by the minute and the Golden Gate Bridge glowing in the background, James led Jenny onto one of the walking paths at the Presidio Tunnel Tops and got down his left knee. Nirvani & Rachael’s Palace of Fine Arts + Baker Beach Proposal
Nirvani had been planning this proposal since last year, and it all came together so beautifully during their spring trip to San Francisco. He and Rachael were visiting from Texas for a few days, and the Palace of Fine Arts was the perfect place for this moment: elegant, iconic, and uniquely romantic in the soft evening light.
