James & Jenny’s Presidio Tunnel Tops Surprise Proposal

With the light getting softer by the minute and the Golden Gate Bridge glowing in the background, James led Jenny onto one of the walking paths at the Presidio Tunnel Tops and got down his left knee. She was so genuinely happy (as you can very much see in the photos below), and the whole moment felt absolutely magical under that beautiful, soft, springtime glow.

Presidio Tunnel Tops is such a perfect place for an easy, romantic stroll because it has that open, breezy feel while still giving iconic San Francisco views. For James and Jenny, it was the perfect setting for a quiet moment in the middle of a beautiful sunset. After she said yes, we wandered a bit for portraits while the sky kept getting softer and warmer around them.

One of my favorite little moments came right at the end, just before I packed up, when I snuck in one last photo of the two of them taking a selfie together with the ring. It felt like both a perfect ending to the session and also the beginning of their next chapter.
