Jeremy & Nicole’s Pacific Cliffside Engagement Proposal | Pacifica Photographer

Being avid hikers, Jeremy and Nicole took advantage of their trip to the Bay Area to find some new spots to explore. The Linda Mar Beach/Pacifica State Beach is one of my favorite spots around here, so I’m really glad Jeremy liked my suggestion! It’s a pretty easy trail which goes up along a cliff facing the Pacific Ocean and offers beautiful views of the beach and ocean down below. Jeremy led his future wife to an overlook at the edge of the cliff before dropping down on one knee, giving them a beautiful backdrop for the proposal. [ read more … ]

We got so many beautiful shots that I have to share with you 🙂 [ read more … ]

Sue & Bryan | Uvas Canyon County Park Engagement Photos

Uvas Canyon County Park holds a special meaning to Sue and Bryan: he had proposed to her at the top of the hill, and they’ll be getting married at the park this upcoming spring. So last week, we decided to do a venue walk-through and shoot their engagement photos at this extremely memorable place of theirs! I love how adventurous Sue and Bryan were 😀 It had been raining for a few days so the water in the creek was pretty high, and some paths were blocked by the water, but they didn’t mind sitting on the wet logs or climbing up on the big rocks so that we could get the best angles. The photos at the end, of course, were well worth the effort! David and I cannot wait to be back in a few months to capture their big day!

Lauren & Rob’s Muir Woods Engagement Photos | San Francisco Wedding Photographer

We shot Lauren & Rob’s engagement photos on New Year’s Day 2016, and what a great coincidence — New Year’s Day is when they had first started dating! We went to Muir Woods, which is such a gorgeous wooded grove, and even though it was packed, we managed to avoid the crowd and got some beautiful photos on our hike along the trail. I love how happy they looked even though it was quite a chilly day! [ read more … ]
