Ryan & Alyssa’s Sunset Proposal at Mount Tamalpais State Park

Ryan wanted somewhere that felt truly special for the moment he asked Alyssa to marry him, and it’s hard to imagine a more incredible setting than Mt. Tam. They arrived just as the evening light was beginning to turn golden, with layers of mountains stretching into the distance and a sea of fog blanketing the coast far below.

With the sun dropping toward the horizon behind them, Ryan got down on one knee. The whole scene felt almost unreal: warm light spilling across the hills, fog drifting below, and the two of them completely wrapped up in the moment. We stayed with them as the sun dipped lower, taking advantage of every last bit of that beautiful light as the sky gradually shifted from brilliant gold to soft pink and blue.

Ryan chose the Mount Tamalpais State Park for a “special place with a beautiful view,” and this evening definitely delivered. Congratulations, Ryan and Alyssa!
