E&F’s Vine Hill House Wedding

E and F’s Vine Hill House wedding felt like such a natural reflection of their story together. They first started dating in 2020, during the era of socially distanced outdoor hikes. Since then, exploring nature together has remained a big part of their lives. We got a glimpse of that ourselves when we headed into the mountains of Portola Valley for their engagement photos, so it felt especially fitting to photograph their wedding surrounded by the beautiful greenery and vineyards of Sonoma County. Their husky, Kona, unfortunately couldn’t join them for the wedding day, but she was definitely there in spirit, making appearances throughout the day on various signs and even their cake topper!

Everything took place right at Vine Hill House, beginning with a relaxed morning of getting ready before E and F shared a first look and private vow exchange. It was a sweet moment for the two of them before the rest of the celebration began. Their ceremony followed in the intimate wooded ceremony space, with their family and friends gathered beneath the trees as they officially tied the knot.

The celebration continued near the house, where everyone settled in for dinner, heartfelt speeches, and plenty of laughter. As the sun began to dip lower, we snuck away with E and F into the vineyards for a few more portraits. The rows of vines were glowing in the warm evening light, giving us the perfect backdrop before heading back to the party.

From the very beginning of their story together and into this next chapter, the outdoors has been woven into the pages of E and F’s story. Their wedding day felt warm, relaxed, and completely true to them, and we loved being there to capture it all.
